These rules cover the founding website, forms and demonstration rooms. Commercial-session rules will receive UK legal review before paid bookings open.

Use the service as yourself

Do not impersonate another person, submit information about someone without a lawful reason, evade a restriction or create multiple identities to manipulate an application, report or future rating.

No harassment or exploitation

Do not threaten, stalk, discriminate, sexually harass, groom, pressure for money, seek private contact, recruit for another service or exploit information shared in a vulnerable moment.

Keep conversations on Just Listen

Do not ask for phone numbers, personal email, social accounts, private messaging or off-platform payment. The in-site room keeps boundaries, reporting and session controls visible.

Do not present listening as clinical care

Listeners must not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide crisis response or advertise a professional service through a Just Listen profile. A verified qualification does not change the role being performed here.

No dangerous instructions

Do not use the service to plan self-harm, harm to another person, abuse, illegal activity, fraud or evasion of safety controls. People may talk honestly about distress and harm; the prohibition is on facilitating it.

Response

Just Listen may preserve relevant evidence, restrict access, pause an application, remove content or refer a matter where needed for safety or law. A report is reviewed by a person before a conduct decision.
