Voice is optional
The service is designed around written conversation first. Browser audio is an option, never a condition of support.
Access and inclusion
Access is not a special request added after booking. It shapes the room, the pace and the choices offered from the beginning.
What is built in
The service is designed around written conversation first. Browser audio is an option, never a condition of support.
Live text sessions are timed by the clock, not by message count. Silence and processing time are not treated as wasted time.
Reduced-motion preferences are respected, controls do not depend on animation, and important information is also written.
Forms, navigation, room controls and status messages use labels, focus states and text equivalents.
If browser audio cannot connect, the private text room stays available. Session and form data are never placed in the offline cache.
Urgent-help routes, the non-clinical boundary, privacy limits and prices are written before someone commits.
The founding client form has an optional access-needs field. You do not need to name a diagnosis. Describe the practical adjustment you need, and we will not claim to provide it until we genuinely can.
