The founding site has no advertising cookies and does not build a marketing profile from wellbeing information.

Private room access

When a private demonstration room opens, its role and temporary access token are held in session storage for that browser tab. The token is removed from the address bar and is not available after the browser session ends.

Assessment demo progress

The listener assessment demo can save answers in local storage on your device so a refresh does not erase your place. It does not submit those answers or approve an application. Resetting the demo removes that saved progress.

Installable app files

The service worker caches only the app manifest, icon and offline urgent-help page. It never caches API responses, forms, text rooms, call signalling, bookings, prices or transcripts.

Future changes

Authentication or payment providers may require strictly necessary cookies when those services open. This notice will be updated before they are enabled. Optional analytics or advertising storage will not be added without a separate choice where law requires one.
