One payment, once
£25 is paid only after the referred listener finishes probation, completes 10 sessions and earns £200.
Listener referral policy
The scheme is deliberately small and single-tier. It must never give anyone a reason to weaken the listener assessment.
£25 is paid only after the referred listener finishes probation, completes 10 sessions and earns £200.
Nothing is paid at sign-up, application, assessment or approval. The referred person must complete real paid work safely.
There is no downline, second tier, percentage, override or payment for anyone the referred listener later introduces.
A referrer cannot view progress, vouch for an applicant, assess them or learn why an application did not pass.
The £25 comes from the platform’s planned 18% share, never from the new listener’s earnings.
Nobody is paid to bring a distressed person to a paid emotional-support service. Talkers may share a public link, with no reward.
Referral codes and payouts will remain off until approved listeners, paid sessions, staff review and payout operations exist. This page records the policy the eventual system must enforce; it is not an invitation to recruit now.
